Ready-mixed Concrete Batching Plant

What is a concrete Batching plant?

Anyone in the construction industry knows the importance of concrete. That's why this composite material is used to build skyscrapers, sidewalks and bridges, houses and driveways, highways, and many other things around the world. After setting and forming, concrete is strong enough to resist some of the greatest natural forces as a durable material. However, concrete is "plastic" in that it can be molded and shaped into almost any shape before it hardens. When it hardens, the quality of concrete depends on its properties as a mixture.

A mixture, you say?

It is! Concrete does not form on its own and needs to be procured by applying a specific process to its various components. The process involves getting the proportions of water and cement, sand and gravel just right so that a durable concrete product can be created. In fact, if the mixture contains a little excess paste or water, the resulting concrete foundation is prone to cracking - instead, rough concrete is produced from a concrete mixture that does not contain enough paste or water mixture. Obviously, no ordinary mixing techniques can be used here, so specific equipment is required.

Ready-mixed Concrete Batching Plant

A Ready-mixed Concrete Batching Plant is a concrete plant designed for the production of commercial ready-mixed concrete. It is generally located in urban areas and transports ready-mixed concrete for projects via concrete mixer trucks. Compared to engineering concrete batch plants, commercial concrete batch plants have higher requirements for durability, reliability, safety and environmental friendliness of concrete batch plant systems.
