What should be paid attention to before operation of concrete batching plant?

Concrete batching plant is a kind of high-quality construction engineering equipment, and its ultra-high performance has been widely recognized by many customers. However, we need to pay attention to some matters during startup. How much do you actually know about these information contents? Today, let's give you a detailed description:

1. Turn on the main power supply

Turn on the main power supply, the main power supply button is connected, and the indicator light is on. When the bell rings, people around the equipment will be prompted to avoid the equipment. Usually, people are required to be 2 meters away from the equipment before startup. No one is allowed to stand under the flat and inclined belt conveyors (to avoid the injury of idler falling during operation). Pay attention to whether there is someone on or inside the concrete mixer and on the conveyor belt. If there is someone, it is forbidden to start.

2.Turn on other main switches

Turn on the main switch of each shunt power supply except frequency conversion operation, turn on the power supply of computer display, host and signal conditioner, press any key on the keyboard when the computer appears the enterprise interface, and usually press the space character to enter the equipment operation program page. Turn the frequency converter control button to "off" and turn on the power supply of each frequency conversion operated feeding drive belt. Turn on the power supply of screw conveyor and water frequency conversion controller on the cement silo. Check whether the indication of ammeter is normal 380V ± 5%. Press the main start button. Turn on the air compressor and wait until the pressure reaches the specified value.

3. Adjust water volume

When water needs to be added, rotate the water frequency conversion control knob to adjust the amount of water. It is forbidden to use forklift, excavator, etc. to feed directly without passing through the feed hopper. The large stones on the aggregate bucket shall be cleaned immediately.

4. Start in sequence

Successively open: inclined belt conveyor ----- agitator ----- flat belt conveyor ----- rotate four frequency conversion operated feeding belt conveyors and cement frequency conversion screw (press F1 key on the computer if automatic), and turn on the water pump when the material is transmitted to the corner of the flat belt conveyor. When shutting down, first stop the material and water, then turn off the power successively, and finally turn off the computer, signal conditioner and computer display screen.

5. Observe the idler

During normal discharge, check whether the idler does not rotate, and replace or repair it immediately in case of abnormality. Press emergency stop in case of personal safety. Generally, it is not allowed to press the emergency stop, because there is material on the drive belt after pressing the emergency stop, resulting in backward sliding and blocking the agitator.

6. Agitator trip

In case of accidental tripping of the agitator, the materials in the agitator must be cleaned and restarted. The agitator cannot be started with materials.

7. Pay attention to aggregate blanking

When the aggregate blanking is insufficient, the speed ratio of the drive belt is too fast and it is very easy to dump the aggregate. At this time, open the blanking hopper door. In case of excessive blanking, the speed ratio of the drive belt is very slow, and the blanking hopper door can be closed down. When using automatic, if the drive belt runs too fast due to empty material, press F1 key once and press F1 again to start it. That is, press F1 twice in a row. Use the vibrator as little as possible. The vibrator cannot be pressed for a long time. It is forbidden to press the vibrator and empty material long press the vibrator when the discharge door is closed.
