Dust control

In the material yard, spraying devices are mainly installed at the top, which can be manually or automatically controlled to suppress dust when the material yard is dusty, and an automatic high-pressure water curtain can be installed at the material yard entrance. Waste water treatment

Set up a drainage ditch in the concrete mixing plant and a three-stage sedimentation tank at the end of the drainage ditch, and equip it with a solid-liquid separation device and a filter-pressing device to separate the waste materials from the sewage for reuse. Noise control

The noise in the concrete mixing plant mainly comes from the main mixing equipment and the air compressor and the vehicles in the plant. The noise from the equipment itself can be installed in a closed concrete structure, and maintenance and overhaul can be strengthened in the process of use, which will prolong the service life of the equipment and reduce noise pollution. For the noise generated by vehicles, if the station is built in a residential area, a partition wall or partition belt can also be set up according to the actual situation.

Solid waste disposal

The solid wastes in the concrete mixing plant are mainly solid wastes from cleaning and sand separation and domestic wastes. The waste ponds are built in the plant and are managed and handled in a unified manner. The waste generated from production can be proportioned to the concrete production according to the actual situation, and the domestic waste should be uniformly removed by municipal rubbish trucks and uniformly disposed of.
