25m³/hour Mobile Concrete Batching Plant
The hzs25 mobile concrete batching plant includes the following equipment:
pld weighing of inert materials, controlled by a frequency converter; sicoma twin-shaft concrete mixer (batch size 0.5 m3); quick scale verification system; cement scales, equipped with a separate filter; remote control of the filling hopper lids; HD video surveillance system; a system for filling and measuring the level of additives; and a cement batching system controlled by a frequency converter.
Quick installation of concrete mixing plant
In the spring of 2021, Zenaide delivered two hzs25 mobile concrete batching plants to Rio de Janeiro. The exact delivery location of the concrete batching plants is Brazil. The rapid production of foundations is made possible by the large construction site in the south of Rio de Janeiro. Concrete plants were installed and put into operation near the construction of the circular transport cleaning. The location of the factories has a positive impact on the environment and the safety of the concrete plant due to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere and because the distance to transport the concrete has been significantly reduced.
