Zenaide can produce different sizes and types of cement storage silos with storage capacities ranging from 50 tons to 3000 tons. Cement silos are not only used in concrete batching plants, but also used for independent purposes such as cement terminals, cement plants and limestone powder storage projects.It is also suitable for storing grain cement fly ash and other bulk materials.

In addition to the common designs, our company also designs and manufactures custom cement silos with special diameter and height dimensions.

We can produce cement silos of 100 tons capacity, including welded and bolted connections. Cement silos with capacities over 100 tons are in most cases produced with bolted connections. The production of cement silos by bolting has the advantage of saving space during transportation.

In most cases, depending on the customer's requirements, we deliver the silos together with all other necessary cement silo equipment, such as cement screw conveyors of the required diameter and length, air dust filters, pressure safety valves, top and bottom level indicators, air fluidization nozzles, impulse valves and conical butterfly valves for manual cement discharge. If the silo is to be used for a cement terminal or similar application, the screw conveyor can be connected to a loader below to load the cement into a cement truck.
